Core Stability is more than just 6 pack abs. It's training the core in 360 degrees so you can properly support the spine through all sorts of movements. To complete this program the only equipment you will need is a large stability ball. This can be purchased at Walmart, Target or any sporting goods store. Core muscles include the transverses abdominis, rectus abdominus (the visible ab muscles), pelvic floor muscles, multifidus, internal and external obliques and diaphragm. Do the following videos a minimum of 5 days a week. These videos progressively increase core strength so that by the end of the 10 weeks your core is working better to help you move safer in all directions. These videos can be added to a cardio session or done all by themselves. At the end of 10 weeks core strength will be improved and risk of injury will be reduced.
