There are lots of workouts online for those that have a baseline of fitness. But what about the rest of the world? When I worked at a gym I met a lot of people who wanted to start working out but couldn't get on the floor, do a pushup or even walk without assistance. I am posting this workout for all of those people, but the best part of it is that it is a good basic workout even for people without those limitations, they just have to add heavier weights or move some of the positions lower. There is no equipment needed for this workout other than a sturdy chair, a blank wall, a throw pillow and some cans or water bottles.
