30 Minute Resistance Band Arm and Back Workout

The holiday season can be crazy busy, and a lot of people don't have time to get to the gym. The increase in Covid cases also makes a lot of people feel uncomfortable about going. I wanted to create an easy upper body workout that you can do at home with minimal equipment that could be modified for all fitness levels. This arm and back workout uses only a resistance band and something sturdy to hook it to. You can make the workout easier or harder by either getting a stronger band or increasing the number of reps. As an added bonus the warmup makes a great posture break if you have been sitting at your desk for a long time.
