Auto-immune Disease and Exercise
Exercise is an important part of the management of auto immune disease symptoms, but most exercise programs aren’t geared toward people with chronic disease.
Starting with too much too soon can over stress the body and start off a flare.
So where do you start? My 21 day program is designed to get you moving without causing you pain or making your symptoms worse.
Each week you will do five 30 minute exercise sessions that are perfect for a beginner. You will also have less than 10 minutes of daily tasks to complete to help strengthen your core, improve your balance and calm your overactive immune system.
You don’t need to join a gym, buy a lot of expensive equipment or spend hours a day exercising.
You just need a little bit of time and the willingness to commit to something for 3 short weeks. By the end of the program you will have increased your fitness level and be ready to take on new challenges.

About the Coach
